Refund policy

Overview

Savlo provides digital services and subscription-based services, including Shopify store development, SEO optimisation, website maintenance, and growth services. Due to the nature of digital services, traditional product returns do not apply.

One-Time Services

Orders for one-time services (such as Shopify website builds, SEO setup, or optimisation services) may be cancelled before work has commenced.

Once work has started or project resources have been allocated, the service is considered in progress and may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Completed or partially completed services are non-refundable due to the time and resources involved in delivering digital work.

Subscription Services

Subscription services (such as website maintenance plans, SEO plans, or growth services) are billed on a recurring basis.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will apply.

Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods.

Work Commencement

By purchasing Savlo services, you acknowledge and agree that work may begin shortly after order confirmation. Once work has commenced, cancellation or refund requests may not be accepted.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, Savlo may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where a service has not yet started or where an error has occurred during payment.
