Cancellation policy
Savlo provides both one-time digital services and monthly subscription services.
One-Time Services
Orders for one-time services (including Shopify store builds, SEO optimisation, and growth services) may be cancelled before work has commenced. Once project work has started or resources have been allocated, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation due to the nature of digital services.
Monthly Subscriptions
Subscription services (including website maintenance, SEO plans, and growth services) may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be applied.
Work Commencement
By purchasing Savlo services, you acknowledge and agree that work may begin shortly after order confirmation. Once work has started, cancellations and refunds may no longer be available.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital and service-based nature of our work, completed work and partially completed work are non-refundable.
