1. About Savlo

Savlo (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides website design, website maintenance, SEO services, and ongoing growth services through subscription and one-off plans.

By purchasing or using any Savlo service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Savlo offers, but is not limited to:

  • Website Design Packages
  • Website Maintenance Services
  • Website SEO Plans
  • Product SEO Services (On-Page, Off-Page, Bundles)
  • Website Growth Plans
  • Priority Support (with Jobs Included)

Each service is delivered based on the scope described on the relevant product or service page at the time of purchase.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • All subscription services are billed monthly or annually (with a 20% discount).
  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s payment system.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard.
  • No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.

4. Fair Usage Policy (Important)

Savlo operates a Fair Usage Policy to ensure all customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

Priority Support (with Jobs Included)

Priority Support includes small, reasonable website tasks, such as:

  • Content updates
  • Minor layout or design adjustments
  • Bug fixes
  • Simple configuration changes

This service does not include:

  • Full website redesigns
  • New feature or app development
  • Complex custom coding
  • Large-scale content uploads
  • Major SEO campaigns

If a request exceeds fair usage:

  • Savlo will inform you clearly
  • Suggest an alternative plan or service
  • Or provide a separate quote

We do not perform unlimited or excessive work under any plan.

5. Website Design Services

  • Website Design Packages include the features listed on the product page.
  • Savlo uses Shopify-compatible themes and best practices.
  • Design revisions are limited to reasonable requests within the project scope.
  • Content, images, and branding must be supplied by the client unless otherwise stated.

6. Maintenance & Growth Services

  • Maintenance and Growth Plans are ongoing services, not one-off fixes.
  • Savlo focuses on prevention, optimisation, and improvements.
  • Emergency or urgent work outside scope may require an upgrade or separate agreement.

7. SEO & Marketing Services

  • SEO results are not guaranteed due to factors outside Savlo’s control.
  • Rankings, traffic, and conversions depend on competition, algorithms, and market conditions.
  • Savlo does not use spam, PBNs, or black-hat methods.
  • No refunds are provided for SEO services once work has started.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and access where required
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests
  • Ensure content does not infringe third-party rights
  • Maintain backups where applicable

Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design.
  • Savlo retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless requested otherwise.
  • All tools, processes, and frameworks remain Savlo’s intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

Savlo is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or profits
  • Data loss beyond reasonable control
  • Third-party service failures (e.g., hosting, apps)
  • Changes made by clients or third parties

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous billing period.

11. Termination

Savlo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Abuse or unreasonable demands occur
  • Payments fail repeatedly
  • Terms are breached

Clients may cancel services anytime via their account.

12. Changes to These Terms

Savlo may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
